Project Management

Our Project Management team consists of bright, organized, and professional individuals who always prioritize understanding our client’s work, goals, and vision. All of our Project Managers are responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of any project assigned to them. Each team member is seasoned in dealing with the complexity of large-scale deployments and will be there to put our client’s mind at ease.

Design

Our Design team is a collective of internationally trained and practiced designers and architects who provide deep conceptual thinking that differentiates our clients in the marketplace.  With expertise in all sectors of design from retail, exhibition, residential, hotels, restaurants, private residential, multi-unit residential and workplace, we can bring this diverse experience to maximize the commercial potential of any space.

Fabrication

​

Our custom fabrication shop is housed in our facility based in Ontario, Canada. Our team of skilled tradesmen uses state-of-the-art tools and best practices to fabricate premium assets. Our facility houses: multiple CNC laser cutters, wood routers for custom millwork, a paint shop, a spray booth, cutting and welding stations and a fully equipped print shop.  Our unionized staff are licensed in their respective trades, providing superior craftsmanship at every turn. 

 

Engineering

Our team of specialist engineers and craftspeople consult continuously throughout the development and delivery of the project. Not only is their input invaluable during planning, but they are also present to help solve any problems that may arise before the final deliverable is complete.

Field Services

​

Professionals in representing your organization onsite, our technicians work conscientiously to exceed our client’s expectations and manage any challenges encountered quickly and proficiently. Working closely with our Production Manager, our technicians are continually working on expanding and upgrading their respective skillsets to ensure they are adept at installing and supporting even the most current technology.

Full Ideation Centre

We pride ourselves on leveraging the full bandwidth of our cross-functional team.  We meet regularly to ideate new projects; reviewing everything from initial sketches & mood boards to detailed build plans, and activation execution planning and management.  We consider the audience, trends, and context right from the initial stages.  These factors inform our stylistic choices and fabrication techniques.
